Peak-Ryzex Landing Pages
At Peak-Ryzex, Alyse created a landing page for each campaign. Emails developed by Alyse linked to the corresponding landing page. When a user landed on the page, he/she would receive information such as brochures, articles, and a way to contact a sales representative via a form. Alyse would route these leads, through Salesforce, to the appropriate rep, according to the lead's provided information.
National Aquarium
During the re-launch of the National Aquarium’s website, Alyse helped the team out by maintaining the current (old) website. Requests would come through Freshdesk. Alyse assessed the requests, and determined if they needed further evaluation or approval from her supervisor. If not, Alyse made the changes as requested, sent the request back to the client for approval, then pushed the update live. Some of the updates involved creating new promos, redirects, web pages, modifying existing ones, and adding calendar events. Alyse used Sitecore to make the changes. After the re‑launch, Alyse combed through the website to find any oddities that the re‑launch may have caused.
Walden University
While using RedDot content management system, Walden University went through a migration to Sitecore, Alyse updated and maintained the website. Internal clients at Laureate submitted requests via Frontline, a ticketing request system. The requests were distributed by the Senior Web Content Manager to Alyse and other co-workers. Alyse then addressed the requests, and determined if adding the content would break any best practices or web standards set by Walden University.
With Walden University, Alyse worked with the design team to get images ready for publishing by modifying the images. She did this using Adobe Photoshop or Microsoft Picture Manager.
Alyse also maintained content on the Walden University website by updating it monthly, or sometimes weekly. Some of the monthly tasks included launching new degree programs, re-organizing the site, and changing enrollment start dates. Alyse has experience with multiple content management systems and multi-tasking between websites.
